Part of the recent achievements in accuracy are due to advances in speech recognition software (especially Dragon NaturallySpeaking) and increases in computing power. However, achieving ultra-high recognition rates requires expertise in configuration, training and automation. In almost every case, our customers get at least 99% accuracy!
